Real Salt Lake is reportedly close to sealing a deal for SK Beveren and former D.C. United midfielder Moses Nyeman, according to a report from reliable source Steven Goff of the Washington Post.
Real Salt Lake finalizing acquisition of former D.C. United homegrown Moses Nyeman on loan from Beveren, per sources. Nyeman, 19, has been in RSL camp for weeks after not making any appearances in Belgian second flight. #mls

Nyeman, 19, signed with Belgian outfit SK Beveren in August 2022, where he has struggled to break into the team, making no appearances. Beveren is owned by Bolt Football Holdings, which is partially owned by Real Salt Lake co-owner David Blitzer.
The move would be a loan and presumably for the whole of 2023.
In 2022, Real Salt Lake moved defensive midfielder Everton Luiz to SK Beveren, and RSL took full back Chris Kablan on a short-term loan from the side.
